My contribution
My role covers the product direction and automation development: defining useful workflows, examining integration requirements and shaping the backend and infrastructure.

- Explore WhatsApp Cloud API connections for business communication.
- Prepare AI-assisted responses with appropriate human oversight.
- Structure lead and workflow data with PostgreSQL and backend services.
- Evaluate deployment and infrastructure using Docker.
Current boundaries
The project remains in development. The diagram is an illustration of the intended flow, not a working demonstration. No live autonomous messaging, customer results or production reliability claims are made.
